Refund and Returns Policy

At Nutramed Solution, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below are the guidelines for our refund and returns process.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for select products only. Please note that Hammer of Thor Advance and Shilajit Power Max are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 07 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • We do not accept returns for damaged or defective items.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will cover the purchase price of the product only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 2-3 weeks.

Return Shipping

  • Nutramed Solution will cover the cost of return shipping. However, we do not provide return shipping labels. Customers will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping upfront, and we will reimburse the cost.

Non-Refundable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Hammer of Thor Advance
  • Shilajit Power Max
