Return Conditions:

Items must be returned within 20 days of delivery.

The product should be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Damaged, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return.

Shilajit and Hammer of Thor products are not eligible for returns.
Refund Timeline:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks to your original payment method.
Shipping Charges:

Refunds will cover only the product price, not the shipping charges.

Return shipping will be covered by the customer.

We do not provide return shipping labels.
For International Orders
Eligibility:

Due to customs, shipping, and handling complications, we currently do not accept returns or refunds on international orders, except in cases of:

Wrong product received

Product received in a damaged condition

Claim Process:

You must raise a return/refund request within 7 days of delivery.

Share unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged/wrong item.

After verification, we’ll either ship a replacement or offer a partial/full refund as per the case.
Important Notes:

Refunds (if applicable) are processed to your original payment method within 2-3 weeks.

Customs duties, VAT, or additional taxes paid by you are non-refundable.
